Official Contacts by Need

Coconino County divides current custody and historical records among several channels. Call a jail for present housing. Use the consolidated Records Section for CCSO reports, detention records, and booking-photo requests. The Sheriff’s administrative office handles general agency business, not emergency dispatch.

Use the route that matches the question:

  • For a mugshot or booking record, the home page explains the complete request and court-check sequence.
  • For a warrant concern, use the Most Wanted page and confirm status with the issuing court.
  • For a person just arrested, call Page Jail when the event occurred in northern Coconino County, then Flagstaff Jail if a transfer may have occurred.
  • For an older release or booking, submit a focused request through the online public-record request system. Clearly label FPD or CCSO as the record owner.
  • For a city incident report, contact Flagstaff, Sedona, or Page Police as appropriate. County detention material remains a separate CCSO record.
  • For a sentenced Arizona prisoner, use the ADCRR Inmate Data Search. It is not a current county booking roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP or ICE locator and follow each system’s identity rules.

Call 911 only for an emergency. Records staff cannot promise that every photograph is releasable, and they do not provide legal advice. Fees and hours can change, so confirm the current terms before submitting a request or traveling to an office.
